Premenopausal or perimenopausal women should also be treated with a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>as monotherapy in women when the disease has progressed following endocrine therapy and at least two prior chemotherapy regimens, including at least one taxane-based regimen.
