AQCAMO is committed to making all reasonable efforts not to cancel planned events. However, a minimum number of participants is required to maintain the events.<\/p>\n
AQCAMO then reserves the right to cancel an event or, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to postpone it.<\/p>\n

AQCAMO reserves the right to cancel on-site training or the annual conference. In this case, registration fees already paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n
Registered participants will be notified by email of the cancellation and\/or postponement of the event at least five (5) days prior to the date the event is scheduled to take place.<\/p>\n
Any cancellation by a participant must be made by e-mail and must reach ACQAMO five (5) working days or more before the event is scheduled to take place.<\/p>\n
If a cancellation occurs after this deadline, 50% of the registration fee will be charged.<\/p>\n
The participant is required to pay the invoice in full, whether they attend the event or not.
